  • Scribe- writing down what the doctors says to the patient, putting in lab orders, and medication

  • Discharge coordinator- getting the right medications and lab work for patients

  • Medical records- which deals with making sure patients records are properly files and scanned

  • Front Desk-checking in patients and making sure their information is right in the system
